BendingStudio XT handles bending points, bend data, sheath deviation, deflection compensation, and diameter changes. It also supports the measurement of complex structures like branched tubes, bevel-cut ends, and rectangular-section tubes.

CAD Adapter functionality

BendingStudio XT supports CAD ADAPTER functionality with systems like TubeInspect 37 M | 37 XL and the Absolute Arm with the Absolute Scanner AS1. This lets you measure the position and orientation of end holders, fittings, and fixtures without the need for mechanical adapters.

Smart bender correction

BendingStudio XT calculates corrections for complex bent parts like brake lines and clamped tubes. Its customisable overlength compensation ensures precise results and reduces material waste.
