Creation of workplane
Using DESIGNER 2022.1, users can create workplanes on relevant points of elements in faster and easier manner. Users can simply select the element(s) and snap the workplane to a suitable place on the model.
GDML creation
DESIGNER 2022.1 can be used to define and generate GDML files. GDML files can be used to represent the digital twin of a physical machine tool or fixture.
Mesh features and reverse engineering enhancements
The REcreate module has been enhanced in many ways, the speed and performance has been improved and the mesh features and element from mesh commands are now more powerful
Sheet metal enhancements
DESIGNER 2022.1 features major enhancements to sheet metal functionality, including support for hems, etched features, tenons and many more.
Complex electrode support
The electrode module within DESIGNER 2022.1 is more powerful, with the ability to create electrodes from any surface model, without any part preparation required. This will drastically reduce the time required to create complex electrodes.
