Change of number of shares and votes

The warrants programme for group management, division management, other senior managers and key employees implemented at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2011 has resulted in an increase of the number of shares and votes in the company during March 2014 by 284,910 shares of series B and 284,910 votes, through conversion of subscription warrants into new shares in Hexagon AB.

As of 31 March 2014 there are in total 355,281,887 shares in the company, of which 15,750,000 are of series A with ten votes each and 339,531,887 are of series B with one vote each.

The total number of votes in Hexagon as of 31 March 2014 amounts to 497,031,887.
