Postponed record date for Hexagon split
25 May 2007
The record date for the split in Hexagon AB resolved upon by the Annual General Meeting on 2 May 2007 is postponed approximately two weeks. The company will communicate a new record date during next week.
The reason for the postponement of the previously communicated preliminary record date for execution of the split by VPC AB (30 May 2007) is due to delay in a registration procedure in Switzerland related to the issue in kind, also resolved upon by the Annual General Meeting, to be registered prior to the split.
Confirmation regarding registration date is expected shortly from Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office), following which the new record date will be communicated.
