Hexagon acquires American wheel manufacturer

Hexagon has through its business area Hexagon Polymers acquired the wheel division within Trostel SEG, Inc. in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, USA.
Annual turnover amounts to 13 MUSD.
The acquisition is planned to be effective on September 2nd, 2005.
Manufacturing will continue in Lake Geneva, and it has all the requirements for an expansion.
The acquisition will turn Hexagon Polymers into a global supplier of wheels for forklift truck and castor wheel applications.
