AKA Industriprodukter AB disposes of AKA VVS

AKA Industriprodukter AB disposes of AKA VVS AB's operations to Beulco Armatur AB As of 3 April 2000 AKA VVS AB's operations will be transferred to Beulco Armatur AB. Both companies have a similar commercial concept, i.e. import and provide the HEVAC market with high-class products. By the merger, Beulcos assortment will be wider concerning fittings, water meter brackets, ball valves and flexible hoses with AKA VVS' assortment consist of among other things water pumps, expansion tanks and filters. AKA VVS' turnover in 1999 amounted to MSEK 33 and Beulcos turnover amounted to approx. MSEK 70. AKA VVS is a subsidiary of AKA Industriprodukter AB, a member of the Hexagon Group.
