Navigating industry changes and leading with innovation

Paul Verlaine Gakne, a positioning services product manager for Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, focuses daily on collaboration with cross-functional teams who are working hard to elevate products and meet customer needs. As changes to the navigation industry continue to accelerate, Gakne’s role focuses on developing Hexagon’s complete positioning engine and correction services portfolio to meet the needs of the emerging markets.

“There are many reasons as to why I enjoy working at Hexagon, but besides working with an excellent and diverse group of people from around the world who are building innovative products daily, I particularly like the company culture,” says Gakne.

He also shares that diversity and inclusion are tremendously important and that for someone who was educated in Cameroon, China and Canada, and now lives in North America, he is impressed by how Hexagon attracts, hires and develops some of the best employees in every industry.
