Mr. Toshikazu Nozawa, the Research Associate at the Tohoku Institute of Technology, has been investigating wind minimisation and power‑generating wind turbines. Both are possible alternatives for windbreak trees lost in the tsunami that struck northeastern Japan in 2011.
