Comprehensive software for your drill and blast workflow

MinePlan Engineering Operational includes several features that integrate and streamline your drill and blast workflow. MinePlan Blast provides a rapid design utility which enables users to create and store templates, complete bootleg analysis and create safety exclusion zones for equipment and personnel based on actual terrain in a 3D environment.

After holes have been designed, the charge information per hole is assigned based on rock hardness, ore type classification or other factors in order to optimize fragmentation. The survey, timing, and charge instructions can be viewed directly in the application and sent to other stakeholders.

Once holes are drilled and loaded in the field, actual results can be imported back to the utility for tracking plan versus actual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as horizontal, vertical, depth and charge compliance.

After blasting, the fragmentation importer and slope compare tool will allow further reconciliation between planned and actual fragmentation and slope performance.

MinePlan Blast incorporates charge and blast design templates based on proven engineering principles and methods. It’s a rapid design utility for creating and storing templates, completing bootleg analysis, and creating safety exclusion zones for equipment and personnel.
