Hexagon rights issue fully subscribed

The results of Hexagon's rights issue shows that 787,500 class A shares and 16,508,132 class B shares, representing 99.0 per cent of the total share offering, have been subscribed with subscription rights.

The 179,395 B-shares that were not subscribed with subscription rights, representing 1.0 per cent of the total share offering, will be distributed, according to the principles described in the prospectus, to shareholders who have applied to subscribe for shares with subsidiary preferential rights. The rights issue will thus be fully subscribed. Through the rights issue Hexagon will receive approximately SEK 2,700 million.

Through the rights issue the number of shares in Hexagon is increased by 17,475,027, whereof 787,500 class A shares and 16,687,527 class B shares and the share capital is increased by SEK 69,900,108. After the rights issue the company's share capital totals SEK 349,500,522 and the number of shares totals 87,375,138, whereof 3,937,500 class A shares and 83,437,638 class B shares. The newly issued B-shares that have been subscribed with subscription rights are scheduled to trade on the Stockholm Stock Exchange A-list and the SWX Swiss Exchange from and including the 25th of April 2006.
