Overview

Intergraph Smart^® Yard leverages the engineering design basis to provide an extensive portfolio of integrated, preconfigured solutions addressing yards’ key work processes across the project lifecycle. It covers the entire process, from the design phase to fabrication and construction through final handover. You can manage collaboration with materials availability, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, scheduling and simulation of the actual module assembly construction process.

Compress Schedule

The Smart Yard Construction module bridges gaps between project schedule, work packages assignment and warehouse material availability to eliminate idle time.

Improve Material Management

The Smart Yard Material module assures full control across the entire supply chain (eSupplier), minimizing material surplus and increasing procurement efficiency.

Workload Balancing

The Smart Yard Production module allows real-time feedback from shop floor to utilize machines and resources efficiently and maximize the production flow.

Shop Drawings Generation

Production drawings such as spools and assemblies are automatically extracted from the 3D model.

The Bill of Materials are sent directly from the 3D model to the Material module for material requisition preparation and issuing.

Welds Management

Welds and related QA/QC procedures are automatically assigned to welders and inspectors through configurable workflows.

Project Status Tracking

4D animations can be executed directly from the 3D model to visualize project status at given dates and conditions.

CNC Machines Integration

Nesting, bending and robotic welding CNC data is generated automatically according to machines’ technology.
