Master and streamline your grade control workflows

Grade control is integral to a mine’s downstream processes and is key to optimizing recovery of its primary resource.

MinePlan Grade Control Geo streamlines workflows using an integrated MinePlan 3D and SQL-based system. Blasthole survey, geology and grades are managed using a database and QAQC workflow.

Once blasthole data is approved, MinePlan’s Process Manager provides a rapid, standardized and auditable tool for executing the block model interpolation process through the use of highly customizable functions assembled in a workflow. Dig blocks are defined and materials are routed in the Planner tool to optimize accounting for dilution, grade and other geological factors.

 

After dig blocks are optimized, polygons are sent to the FMS, surveyors and other stakeholders with a click. When the shovel starts mining the routed material, the Daily Dig tool reports daily shovel progress and available muck.

 

The reconciliation workflow compares block models and reports what was forecast vs. what was mined. Logic and Model Calculation Tools can be used for running independent studies and audits.
