Hexagon's latest release, new generation of high-performance displays will be featured in Agrishow Experience.

Florianópolis, Brazil – September 29, 2021 – With more than 30,000 pieces of equipment using their solutions in 36 countries, Hexagon's Agriculture division takes advantage of agricultural fairs to show how technology can transform machines into agents of innovation. For the Agrishow Experience, a virtual event that takes place between October 19 and 21, the company prepared a booth highlighting its new solution, the HxGN AgrOn Ti10 display.

Launched in June this year, the new generation of onboard controllers has a 10.1-inch high-definition (HD) screen, powerful processors, and other optional features, such as a camera and audio system with built-in speaker and microphone. "The development of this product considered trends in the sector and the increasing use of precision agriculture in agricultural operations. The Ti10 is prepared for future technologies, which are possible from the resources of this high-performance equipment," explains the president of the division, Bernardo de Castro.

The other generations of displays — Ti5 and Ti7 — will also be on display at the event, as well as other precision solutions that can be shipped in these products. Examples are AgrOn Auto Steering, AgrOn Machine Monitoring, AgrOn Sprayer Control and AgrOn Fertilisation Control, which promote machine automation and real-time field monitoring, generating more efficiency in performing mechanised operations.

Another highlight in the booth will be the HxGN AgrOn ISOBUS Display, a product available for Ti7 and Ti10, which enables the compatibility of devices in different machines and implements. "Without the standard, the machinery needs a cabling structure for each sensor and a screen for each implement. With this technology, all excess embedded appliances and cables are eliminated, resulting in less complexity and much more productivity", says Bernardo de Castro.

The company must also present the complete portfolio of solutions for manufacturers of agricultural machinery and implements, HxGN AgrOn OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Through sensors, hardware and software, Hexagon's Agriculture division produces customised solutions according to the needs of each partner, aiming to assist them in adding value to the machinery with the use of embedded technologies.
