Hexagon, a global leader in precision technologies, digital twins, robotics and artificial intelligence, is taking part in Agrishow 2025 to demonstrate that the autonomy of agricultural machinery is already a reality in the field. Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, which has a factory and office in Brazil, is bringing to the fair a robust portfolio of embedded, integrated technologies aimed at the automation and autonomy of agricultural operations, the efficient use of resources and the integration of machinery, implements and management systems.

With a booth located on the precision agriculture street (A5c), Hexagon is presenting solutions that reinforce its message for this edition: “From precision agriculture to full autonomy.” On display will be technologies that demonstrate how agriculture is moving towards increasingly autonomous, sustainable operations guided by intelligent automation. Among the highlights is the Ti10 display, a robust device with a 10-inch screen and high processing capacity, capable of concentrating all of Hexagon’s precision agriculture and machine monitoring resources in a single device. Also compatible with the ISOBUS standard, the Ti10 allows fluid integration with different implements, providing precision, efficiency and ease of operation.

The company also presents its navigation solutions, available in various configurations and installations, such as hydraulic and electric drives and integration with steer-ready tractors, both wheeled and tracked. The products are available in modular form as components that can be integrated with third-party displays or controls or in complete retrofit kits. The system offers high performance even on challenging terrain, supporting different operating modes such as straight, curve and pivot. In this context, Core Box, a modular automatic steering system, stands out as a platform that enables manufacturers to adopt autopilot, as it is compatible with ISOBUS and third-party displays.

Hexagon’s SMART Antennas, on the other hand, combine a GNSS receiver and antenna in a single, compact enclosure, facilitating integration into new or existing machines and speeding up time to market for manufacturers. They also offer the option of TerraStar correction services, which guarantee accuracy of up to 2.5 centimeters. In the Dual Antenna configuration, formed by the SMART7 and SMART2 models, the solution is ideal for autonomous vehicle projects, enabling positioning and steering with high precision and reliability, even when the tractor is operating at low speeds or even at a standstill.

The HxGN AgrOn platform will also be present, highlighting its planning and operational monitoring modules, which are already widely used in the sugar-energy sector. Among the solutions are the AgrOn Control Room, AgrOn Operational Management and AgrOn Machine Monitoring, technologies that enable real-time control and decision-making, as well as greater predictability in operations.

The Hexagon team, made up of professionals from the engineering, sales, marketing and service areas, will be at the booth to present the solutions and demonstrate how they serve both large agricultural companies and machine manufacturers looking to expand their offer of digital resources.
