Robert Belkic, CFO and EVP has been with Hexagon since 2009. Prior to joining Hexagon, he held the positions of Group Treasurer at EF Education First Ltd. and Assistant Group Treasurer at Autoliv Inc. Belkic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and economics.
Burkhard Böckem was named CTO for Hexagon in 2020 after serving as CTO of Hexagon Geosystems since 2015 where he was responsible for technology, innovation and product development for all of the Geosystems business units. He began his career in 2001, when he joined Leica Geosystems. As CTO of Hexagon, Böckem drives the innovation and continued development of Hexagon’s autonomous technology vision. Kristin Christensen, CMO, began her tenure with Hexagon in 2004. A 25+ year marketing veteran in the technology sector, she is experienced at building global brands in fast-paced environments. Christensen has served in senior leadership positions for multiple successful start-ups and large-scale software companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.

Steven Cost directs the overall global strategy for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. A certified public accountant, he holds a master's degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining Hexagon, Cost served as vice president and corporate controller for Adtran Inc. and has also held senior financial management roles at AVEX Electronics and Benchmark Electronics.
Juergen Dold has been with Hexagon since 1995. In 2021, after serving in a strategic leadership role where he was responsible for the vision, strategy and portfolio roadmaps of Hexagon’s Geosystems, Geospatial and Safety & Infrastructure divisions, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President, Hexagon to lead key enterprise-wide initiatives. Dold is responsible for Hexagon’s focus on the content and platforms necessary to power and operate Smart Digital Reality™ applications and experiences that empower growth within Hexagon’s existing markets and offer rapid expansion into new market segments. Before joining Hexagon, he served as academic counsel and assistant professor at Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany, and held various management positions within Leica Geosystems. Dold holds a Master of Science in Geodesy and a Ph.D. in engineering.

Appointed President of Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division in 2022, Josh Weiss leads the division’s global strategy and operations. He has served in multiple leadership roles in Hexagon since 2015 – from his most recent role as COO/CDO of Hexagon’s Geosystems division to the President of Geosystems’ mining and heavy construction businesses. Weiss started his career at ArcelorMittal and prior to joining Hexagon served as a senior manager at Deloitte. Tony Zana, Hexagon’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, joined Hexagon in 2008. His prior roles within the company include Hexagon’s Deputy General Counsel, as well as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Intergraph. Prior to joining Hexagon, Zana advised technology companies on M&A, intellectual property, and litigation while in private practice with the law firm of Maynard, Cooper & Gale. He also served in a government role as law clerk to a federal judge. Zana holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
