MinePlan Short-Term Planning contains all of the tools you need to produce short-term tactical schedules. It includes the detailed, Gantt-based MinePlan Activity Scheduler, which is flexible and configurable enough to model the short-term production processes for any open pit mine.
Mining activities are created based on cut geometries, and equipment is assigned to model the mining processes required to drill, blast, and load material from the mine to the mill. Stockpiling and blending are considered using a built in CPLEX optimization engine. Haulage is also integrated, ensuring that trucking requirements can be managed for Truck & Shovel operations.

CPLEX optimization engine covers stockpiling, blending
Stockpiling and blending are considered using a built in CPLEX optimization engine. Haulage is also integrated, ensuring that trucking requirements can be managed for truck and shovel operations. Reporting is simple using built in Advanced Reporting and Charting (ARC) technology
Schedules and routes haulage simultaneously
Using Activity Scheduler, you can schedule and route haulage simultaneously with the detail necessary for tactical schedules. The viewer and scheduler are natively integrated. Expect consistent ore feed to the processing plant with less idle time and maximized production.
