The solution combines high-speed 2D scanning radar, Doppler velocity radar and linear radar sensors to measure material volume flow, material speed, belt alignment, freeboard and loading distribution in real time.

By capturing the full cross-sectional profile of material on the belt, Hexagon Belt Monitor enables accurate volume flow measurement across a wide range of bulk commodities. Contactless speed measurement eliminates slippage-related inaccuracies and removes the need for recalibration.
