Production Software also includes statistical quality assurance (SQA) software, including Q-DAS and eMMA. Design and Engineering Software includes Hexagon’s computer-aided engineering and simulation software including MSC ONE AND MASTERKEY LICENSING SYSTEMS, ACTRAN, ADAMS, CAEFATIGUE, CRADLE CFD PRODUCTS, DIGIMAT, DYTRAN, EASY5, FTI FORMINGSUITE, MARC, MATERIALCENTER, MSC APEX, MSC COSIM, MSC NASTRAN, ODYSEE, PATRAN, ROMAX PRODUCTS, SIMDESIGNER, SIMMANAGER, SIMUFACT, SIMXPERT, AND VIRTUAL TEST DRIVE (VTD) SOFTWARE.
The Design & Engineering (D&E) Software business of Hexagon has been acquired by Cadence Design Systems (https://www.cadence.com) as of Feb. 23, 2026.
