エムエスシーソフトウェア（本社東京）は、2016年9月29日、CAEツール「MSC Apex」の強化版「同Fossa」の出荷を始めると発表した。MSC Apexは、設計者が構想設計段階から使えることを重視して開発したCADツール群。新版のFossaでは、周波数応答解析機能を加えた。
