This webinar shows what the advanced Romax tools do and who they are for, giving an introduction to Romax’s rapid, parametric modelling and holistic system simulation and how this provides insight about the effect of design changes on performance, enabling multi-attribute optimisation to make smarter engineering decisions and reduce risk of innovation. In addition, we show how bringing manufactured gear geometry into transmission system simulation can give far deeper insight into system performance compared to using theoretical geometry, ultimately enabling engineers to understand system performance earlier and throughout development and therefore reduce prototyping.
