HxGN Robotic Automation 2026.1
HxGN Robotic Automation 2026.1
Major release focused on expanded sensor integrations, faster programming workflows, and improved platform performance.Expanded integration
- Integration of HYPERSCAN and ATS800 sensors, enabling greater measurement flexibility and allowing customers to select the right sensor for their application.
- ABB robot integration, expanding multi-brand compatibility alongside existing KUKA and FANUC support.
- Ability to split a PRESTO XL cell into two independently operating PRESTO L cells, enabling parallel workflows to increase throughput and maximise asset utilisation.
Faster, more efficient workflows
- Mirroring and reverse mirroring reduce path programming by 30–40% by reusing validated paths and optimising motion direction.
- Reusable subroutines eliminate repetitive programming - update a command once and apply it across multiple programs.
- 6x faster CAD loading, accelerating program setup and speeding up deployment.
Scalable, reliable performance
- Platform architecture upgraded to .NET 10 with updated third-party components for improved stability and future readiness.
