De Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 is een robuuste alles-in-één lasertracker, compact genoeg om in een reiskoffer te passen. Met standaard high-speed dynamische metingen is dit een complete oplossing voor meten, scannen en automatische inspectie over zes vrijheidsgraden (6DoF, 6 degrees of freedom), maar ook voor metingen op prisma's.
De AT960 maakt deel uit van de nieuwe generatie draagbare CMM-systemen op basis van bewezen technologie. Het systeem combineert de functionaliteit van de 6DoF die is geïntroduceerd in de Leica Absolute Tracker AT901 met de mobiliteit en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van de compacte Leica Absolute Tracker AT403. Het resultaat is een hoogwaardige maar gebruiksvriendelijke meetoplossing voor grote volumes, die minder dan 14 kilo weegt.
De AT960-lasertracker kan eenvoudig worden vervoerd, snel worden uitgepakt en binnen enkele minuten worden ingeschakeld om vrijwel overal met hoge prestaties te meten. Dynamische eigenschappen en flexibele functionaliteit bieden de gebruiker absolute snelheid, nauwkeurigheid en mobiliteit.
Het AT960-ontwerp met geïntegreerde technologie biedt draadloze communicatie en gebruik met accu, waardoor langdurige opstelprocedures tot het verleden behoren. De Leica Absolute Interferometer (AIFM) maakt nauwkeurige en snelle metingen mogelijk op bewegende richtmerken, terwijl de innovatieve PowerLock-functie ervoor zorgt dat een onderbroken laserstraal zonder tussenkomst van de gebruiker meteen wordt hersteld. Dit vermindert de werkbelasting en opleidingseisen voor de gebruiker. De intuïtieve bediening via touchscreen minimaliseert foutkansen en bespaart tijd, moeite en kosten. Door de architectuur van controles en compensator kunnen basisinstellingen in het veld worden aangepast, terwijl het robuuste ontwerp een werking binnen de specificaties garandeert met een minimum aan kalibratie en onderhoud.
In combinatie met het Real-Time Feature Pack en de Leica T-Mac wordt de AT960 een lasertrackeroplossing die aan de vereisten voor deterministische levering van meetdata van hoogwaardige geautomatiseerde installaties voldoet. Op basis van het in de industrie bewezen EtherCAT-protocol, wordt de levering van 6DoF-meetdata met een nauwkeurig tijdstempel mogelijk met een uitvoersnelheid van 1000 Hertz. Met deze meetdata, ook wel ‘7DoF’ genoemd, kan real-time machinebesturing worden gerealiseerd, zelfs in zeer dynamische robotinstallaties.
Met een meetvolume van 160 meter in diameter is de AT960 compatibel met de Leica T-Probe, Leica T-Mac, Leica T-Scan 5 en Leica Absolute Scanner-technologie. Dankzij deze flexibiliteit kan het systeem aan een breed scala aan inspectietoepassingen voldoen, van kwaliteitsinspectie tot in-line, van in de fabriek tot in het veld, zodat gebruikers altijd over de juiste tool voor elke meettoepassingen beschikken.

High-resolution colour OVC enables operators to remotely view the tracker's field of vision, locating targets to measure to fixed reflectors - including multi-spot handling in a single image - ideal for static hidden point devices or to supplement documentation.
Orient to gravity (OTG)
The OTG function enables users to measure with the Z-axis aligned to gravity, ideal for levelling and alignment tasks such as build and inspect of tool and jig fixturing.
Absolute Interferometer
The Absolute Interferometer (AIFM) single distancing unit combines the accuracy of an absolute distance meter and the speed of an interferometer to give readings quickly and accurately with no need for a home point.
