Il Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 è un robusto laser tracker portatile, trasportabile in un'unica valigetta. É una soluzione completa per rilevamento, scansione e verifica automatica. Consente l'esecuzione di misure dinamiche ad alta velocità, come pure misure con riflettore a sei gradi di libertà (6DoF).

L'AT960 è una nuova generazione di CMM portatili basata su una tecnologia consolidata che riunisce la funzionalità a sei gradi di libertà (6DoF) del Leica Absolute Tracker AT901 e la portabilità e fruibilità del compatto Leica Absolute Tracker AT403. Il risultato è una soluzione di misura per grandi volumi altamente sofisticata ma facile da usare, con un peso inferiore di soli 14 kg.

Il laser tracker AT960 può essere trasportato agevolmente, disimballato rapidamente e attivato in pochi minuti per fornire prestazioni di misura elevate quasi ovunque. Le caratteristiche dinamiche e la funzionalità flessibile danno agli utilizzatori velocità assoluta, precisione assoluta e portabilità assoluta.

L'AT960 dispone di comunicazione wireless e funzionamento opzionale a batteria. Grazie all'integrazione di componenti precedentemente separati tra loro, i lunghi tempi di messa a punto diventano cosa del passato. Il Leica Absolute Interferometer (AIFM) consente misure precise ad alta velocità con target in movimento mentre il PowerLock garantisce che il raggio interrotto venga riagganciato istantaneamente senza intervento dell'utente, riducendo così il lavoro dell'operatore e la necessità di addestramento. Comandi a touch screen intuitivi riducono i potenziali errori dell'utente, permettendo così di risparmiare tempo, lavoro e denaro. Grazie alle funzioni di controllo e compensazione, è possibile eseguire regolazioni di base in field, mentre la struttura robusta garantisce il funzionamento a specifiche con minima calibrazione e manutenzione. 

Associato al Real-Time Feature Pack e al Leica T-Mac, l’AT960 diventa una soluzione laser tracker che soddisfa le esigenze di dati di misura deterministici delle installazioni automatizzate di fascia alta. Costruito sul protocollo EtherCAT, consente di fornire dati di misura 6DoF con riferimenti temporali precisi ad una cadenza di 1000 Hertz. Noto come valori di misura 7DoF, permette il controllo macchina in tempo reale anche all’interno di sistemi robotizzati altamente dinamici.

Con un volume di misura di 160 metri di diametro, l’AT960 è compatibile con il Leica T-Probe, Leica T-Mac, Leica T-Scan 5 e con la tecnologia del Leica Absolute Scanner. Questa flessibilità permette innumerevoli applicazioni di verifica: dal laboratorio della qualità alla misura in linea, dal collaudo in fabbrica a quello in field, assicurando agli utilizzatori lo strumento di misura adatto per ogni operazione.
