Absolute Scanner AS1

El Absolute Scanner AS1 es el equipo de gama alta para escaneo con sensor 3D para los sistemas Absolute Tracker AT960 y Absolute Arm de 7 ejes. Basada en nuestra innovadora tecnología SHINE – Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Elimination – el AS1 no tiene parámetros ocultos que limiten la velocidad y el ancho de línea de escaneo para ofrecer una precisión máxima. El AS1 ofrece un rendimiento completo permanentemente – máxima frecuencia de trama con un máximo de ancho de láser para una máxima productividad. Ahora el escaneo 3D de alta velocidad se presenta sin degradación de rendimiento en cualquier superficie, cualquiera que sea el acabado o el material. La desinstalación del AS1 es tan sencilla como accionar un interruptor, lo que permite instalarlo en otro equipo de referenciación, o en el caso del Absolute Arm, permite un acceso más fácil y seguro a la funcionalidad de palpado táctil en áreas de difícil acceso. Es posible instalarlo nuevamente sin necesidad de recalibración, gracias a su instalación completamente repetible, solo es necesario asegurarlo nuevamente y continuar con el escaneo 3D de inmediato.

Para la medición con el Absolute Tracker, el Absolute Scanner debe emparejarse con una unidad de Absolute Positioner AP21, que ofrece la referenciación 6DoF necesaria para la medición tracker a gran escala. El AP21 es tan avanzado, que permite al AS1 ofrecer una precisión completa de 50 micras en todo el rango de medición, a una distancia de hasta 30 metros del tracker.

El AS1 también queda listo para la automatización al incorporarlo en un sistema de automatización láser tracker. Su capacidad para la obtención de datos de alta velocidad resulta ideal para estar a la altura de los modernos sistemas robotizados, permitiendo su aprovechamiento completo para una incrementada productividad de la fabricación, mientras que la gran distancia del AS1 hace de la automatización una opción más segura con menor riesgo de colisiones.

ISO Certification
The full scanning system accuracy of the AS1 and Absolute Arm 7-Axis system is supplied certified according to ISO 10360-8 Annex D, while an AS1 with AP21 unit is specified in line with ISO 10360-10.
