Absolute Scanner AS1

L'Absolute Scanner AS1 è il prestigioso sensore di scansione 3D per i sistemi Absolute Tracker AT960 e Absolute Arm a 7 assi. Grazie a un innovativo concetto di tecnologia modulare multipiattaforma, la stessa unità scanner può essere utilizzata sia su braccio di misura portatile che su laser tracker, senza la necessità di riallineamento quando si passa da una all'altra.

L'AS1, dotato della nostra tecnologia innovativa SHINE (Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Ellimination) non ha impostazioni nascoste che limitano la velocità e la larghezza della linea di scansione per fornire la massima precisione. L'AS1 fornisce piene prestazioni per tutto il tempo: massima frequenza e massima larghezza laser per la massima produttività. La scansione 3D ad alta velocità non è accompagnata da degrado delle prestazioni su alcuna superficie, qualunque sia la finitura o il materiale. Con una linea di scansione laser orizzontale molto ampia e impostazioni di esposizione interamente automatiche, la digitalizzazione 3D con l'Absolute Scanner AS1 è più rapida, più semplice e più precisa.

Smontare l'AS1 è semplice come premere un interruttore, per montarlo su un altro dispositivo di riferimento, o nel caso dell'Absolute Arm, consentendo un accesso più facile e sicuro alla funzione di misura a contatto in aree difficili da raggiungere. Può essere poi rimontato senza necessità di ricalibrazione grazie al suo attacco ripetibile. Basta riagganciarlo e continuare la scansione 3D.
Per l'interfacciamento all'Absolute Tracker, l'Absolute Scanner deve essere abbinato a un'unità Absolute Positioner AP21, che fornisce il riferimento 6DoF necessario. L'AP21 permette all'AS1 di fornire una grande precisione, con un errore di soli 50 micron in tutta la corsa di misura, fino a 30 metri dal tracker.

L'AS1 è anche predisposto per l'automazione se integrato in un sistema controllato da laser tracker. La sua capacità di acquisizione dati ad alta velocità è ideale per tenere il passo con la velocità dei moderni sistemi robotizzati, consentendo di sfruttarli appieno per aumentare la produttività, mentre il suo notevole standoff rende l'automazione più sicura grazie a un minor rischio di collisioni.
