RADAN e2i

Built on a robust industry standard Microsoft SQL database e2i encompasses the processes faced by all manufacturing companies, enabling the tracking and management of cost throughout the design and manufacture process with the added benefit of being integrated into RADAN CAD/CAM. Developed to meet the needs of sheet metal subcontractors but equally at home in any production environment.

 

Un sistema e2i típico está compuesto por un servidor central estándar, con el objetivo para el control de stock. Los componentes estándar dentro del servidor, además de los proporcionados por eQuote, son los pedidos de venta, hojas de ruta, rutas de nesting, compras, planificación de capacidades, entregas y facturación, donde el sistema tiene habilitado el control de stock. Todos los clientes de e2i tienen acceso a todos los componentes principales en todo momento. La captura de datos del taller (SFDC) se puede usar para cerrar el bucle de vuelta a las estimaciones de tiempo originales, lo que permite comparar los tiempos reales con los estimados y hacer un seguimiento de los componentes a través del proceso de producción.
