The thesis work concerns the study of a test apparatus, patented by Nexion Spa, for estimating the vehicle wheel alignment angles. The ADAMS model consists of one part that concerns the vehicle and another part that concerns the test apparatus. The dynamic behavior of the vehicle was evaluated in the presence of misalignment of the wheel angles. Successively, a test rig in ADAMS VIEW has been developed.  The test apparatus simulator has been adopted to reproduce the load cell reactions subjected to the tire interaction forces obtained by previous vehicle dynamic simulation in ADAMS CAR.
