Another highlight is the optimised battery life, which minimises manual intervention and guarantees a long service life.
Introducing the m&h TP-O-400 Touch Probe with optical data transmission
Features and benefits
Highest precision with shortest measuring times
Thanks to advanced m&h ITE technology and the proven OneTouch strategy, the TP-O-400 delivers extremely precise measurements even at probing speeds of up to 2000 mm/min. This enables shorter cycle times without sacrificing process safety.
Robust construction
The TP-O-400 features a stainless steel housing and natural glass ring, ensuring reliable performance under tough conditions. Whether exposed to aggressive coolants or flying chips, the TP-O-400 operates flawlessly even in demanding mass production environments.
Optimised battery life
With up to 1200 hours of continuous operation, the TP-O-400 minimises manual interventions like battery replacements. This ensures uninterrupted automation and maximised process efficiency.
Innovative HxPCM transmission (Hexagon Pulse Code Modulation)
HxPCM transmission ensures that only system-specific signals are processed, effectively eliminating interference from ambient light. Specially designed mirror surfaces ensure optimal signal emission in all directions. The quality of the signal transmission depends not only on the probe but also on its receiver. The optical receivers RC-O-60 and RC-O-S, which also operate with HxPCM technology.
Smart and innovative service app
Configuration, firmware updates and latest information – with the HexPI Service App. HexPI makes it easy to configure the touch probe, enables firmware updates and provides up-to-date information on the number of probes, activations, etc.
