De nieuwe Absolute Arm is verkrijgbaar in drie modellen, drie nauwkeurigheidsniveaus en zeven maten, wat samen tot 36 verschillende configuraties leidt, waarvan iedere configuratie het beste bij uw specifieke toepassing kan passen. Wat is dus de beste keuze voor u?

De Absolute Arm met 7 assen is het topmodel van de Absolute Arm-serie. Hij biedt uiterst nauwkeurig contacttasten naast snel en nauwkeurig 3D-laserscannen en is een waar multifunctioneel meetinstrument dat veel verschillende metrologische uitdagingen het hoofd biedt.

De Absolute Arm met 6 assen is bedoeld voor wie het bereik nodig heeft van een volledige gearticuleerde meetarm, maar gericht is op metingen met een eenpunts contacttaster met een hoge nauwkeurigheid.

De Absolute Arm Compact is de meest nauwkeurige en meest mobiele meetarm ter wereld. Hij is bedoeld voor wie kleine componenten uiterst nauwkeurig moet meten op de winkelvloer, op een werkblad of rechtstreeks onder de CNC-machine.

Series

De armen uit de 83-serie bieden meetnauwkeurigheid op instapniveau en veel waarde voor gebruikers die alleen basis-metrologievereisten hebben.

De armen uit de 85-serie bieden de perfecte balans tussen prijs en nauwkeurigheid en zijn onze bestverkochte keuze binnen onze grootste markten.

De armen uit de 87-serie zijn de ultieme oplossing voor hoogwaardige mobiele metingen. Gewoonweg de beste mobiele meetarmen die er momenteel te verkrijgen zijn.

Maten

Onze Absolute Arms zijn in zeven maten beschikbaar. De kleinste is de Absolute Arm Compact met een meetvolume met een diameter van 1,2 meter. De volledige Absolute Arm-systemen zijn verkrijgbaar in meetvolumes met een diameter van 2,0, 2,5, 3,0, 3,5, 4,0 en 4,5 meter.

Het is belangrijk om te weten dat onze modelmaten overeenkomen met het meetvolume dat we aanbevelen waarbinnen gemeten kan worden met die arm. Het werkelijke maximale meetbereik van deze armen is meestal 10-15 procent groter. Als u armen vergelijkt waarvan beweerd wordt dat ze dezelfde maat hebben, controleer dan of ze echt dezelfde maat hebben aan de hand van dezelfde realistische normen.

Series

The three Series in which the Absolute Arm models are available refer to their accuracy performance. Full accuracy specifications according to ISO 10360-12 can be found in the Absolute Arm brochure.

The 83 Series arms offer entry-level measurement accuracy and are great value for those users that have only basic metrology requirements.

The 85 Series arms are the perfect balance between value for money and accurate measurement, providing the accuracy needed for a wide range of applications.

The 87 Series arms are the ultimate solution for high-end portable measurement, quite simply the best portable measuring arms available today.

Sizes

Our Absolute Arms come in a range of seven sizes. Smallest is the 1.2 metre diameter measurement volume of the Absolute Arm Compact. The full-sized Absolute Arm systems are available in measurement volume diameters of 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 metres.

When choosing an arm size, it’s important to remember two things: firstly, that accuracy performance is inherently better with a shorter arm because of its kinematic properties; and secondly, that our model sizes correspond to the diameter of the maximum usable measurement volume we recommend for that arm model. The actual maximum reach of an arm is typically 10-15 percent larger than the measurement diameter. When comparing arms that claim to be the same size, make sure they really are the same size by the same realistic standard.
