Designed to protect the TIGO SF shop-floor coordinate measuring machine (CMM) from the most extreme workshop conditions, the TIBOX enclosure enables you to measure at the point of production without compromise on machine performance and functionality.
Offering robust protection against dust, airborne pollutants, oil particle suspension and other manufacturing environment contaminants, the TIBOX CMM enclosure helps ensure machine uptime, minimise maintenance costs and sustain measurement performance.
Providing an extra level of protection to reduce the long-term impact of workshop use on your CMM, TIBOX is custom-built to utilise the full potential of the TIGO SF’s cantilever structure and air-free design without significantly adding to the machine footprint. Transparent construction allows all-around visibility, while three-side access to the measurement volume ensures you lose none of the CMM’s trademark accessibility.
TIBOX is fully compatible with the TIGO SF’s integrated monitor and keyboard mountings, enabling users to interact with the CMM unimpeded by the enclosure. Additional panels in the base of the TIBOX allow access to all critical machine parts so regular service and maintenance operations can continue without obstruction.
