The interactive Digital Control Center (dCC) handheld control center transforms access to CMM and metrology data, enabling accurate, faster decision-making.
The dCC is designed to bring the ease-of-use, connectivity and enhanced functionality of consumer devices to a coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) control interfaces. Simple to use and customise, the dCC gives operators real-time access to the data they need to optimise CMM operations.
Available in both wireless and wired versions, the dCC is the result of extensive customer research into the most intuitive and productive ways for operators and quality engineers to access, analyse and act on metrology information as manufacturing becomes smarter and more automated.
Equipped with a touch screen and Windows 10 tablet operating system, the dCC replaces the traditional jogbox, by combining an intuitive user interface with rapid access to the metrology applications and data that help operators make decisions quickly and perform more effectively.
In addition to delivering metrology data and analysis exactly where it is needed, the dCC is robust enough to withstand industrial measuring environments. And because the dCC is easy to customise, it facilitates the evolution towards smarter manufacturing applications that enhance automation and throughput.
The dCC is available as an upgrade to most CMMs and supports the market-leading metrology software, PC-DMIS.
