Registration and terms and conditions
Registration fees for attending the Hexagon LIVE 2024 conferences in Wiesbaden, Germany
- Regular registration: € 398 net
- 1-day attendance (29 or 30 April 2024, social event on 29 April included): € 209 net
- Early bird (for registration by 13 March 2024): € 298 net
- Customer under maintenance or with Customer Care Package: € 298 net (a valid maintenance contract is required)
- Employees of an exhibitor at TechExpo: € 298 net (applies to employees who are not covered by the exhibition/sponsorship package)
- Employees of authorized business partners (Hexagon Authorized Reseller or Authorized Leica Geosystems Channel Partner), a valid partner contract is required; with a contractually fixed ticket contingent: free of charge; in other cases: € 298,00 net
- Registration as a student or university member: € 50 net (a valid certificate of matriculation or proof of university employment is required)

Hotel accommodation
We've reserved room contingents in Wiesbaden in various hotel and price categories for conference participants (see https://go.hxgnsig.com/hotels-wiesbaden-eng). Rooms can also be booked by phone at +49 (0)611 / 1729 777 or by email at hotel@wicm.de.
Single rooms are available from € 75 to € 175 per night, including breakfast. The travel dates are set by default on the website for 28 to 30 April 2024; arrival and departure dates can be changed manually. At most hotels, rooms can be booked up to 30 days before 28 April 2024. A few hotels allow booking up to six weeks before this date. After these deadlines, the quotas negotiated by Hexagon for these prices are no longer available; however, the hotel rooms will be displayed on the website at different conditions if they are still available.
Each participant books their room as a self-payer (with the exception of Hexagon employees, who follow an internal booking procedure).
HxGN Safety & Infrastructure GmbH is expressly not the contractual partner of the conference participants with regard to hotel bookings, hotel billing, etc. The terms and conditions of the respective hotels or accommodation facilities chosen by the participants shall apply.
