Free classroom licenses

Hexagon Geospatial U offers universities an education campuswide grant of up to 500 licenses of ERDAS IMAGINE Essentials. With numerous licenses of this package, Hexagon provides education institutions with a complimentary, unique and robust package that other geospatial software companies cannot match. While these free classroom licenses do not include phone support nor access to the support portal, users can join our Community and get questions answered through product-specific information, self-guided training, community feedback, and more.

Free student licenses

With the Campuswide Education Grant, students can obtain free software licenses for use in the comfort of their own home. Student licenses must be administered by the education institution and are available at no additional cost. The university will receive up to 500 free student licenses, with a minimum order of 5 seats. With this package, students can benefit from a 52-week offering of ERDAS IMAGINE Essentials along with online tutorials. These licenses are offered on an annual basis only, and do not include maintenance support. Students can join our Community and get questions answered through product-specific information, self-guided training, community feedback, and more.
