Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence styli changer racks for fixed and moving bridge type coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) allow the use of different stylus configurations within a single part program without the need to repeat the qualification procedure. The ability to equip the changer rack as required ensures high flexibility and enables users to extend the system in future.

    The magnetic docking of the stylus clamping allows fully-automatic, fast and repeatable changes under the control of the measuring software.

    Perfect configuration for every part program
    The styli changer racks allow the use of different styli configurations within a single part program without the need to repeat the qualification procedure.

    Available for Hexagon Metrology scanning sensors
    Equipped with at least 3 ports, the styli changer racks can work together with all available scanning sensors from the Hexagon Metrology HP-S and LSP-S series.
