MSC Durability - Durability Study through Fatigue Analysis

Objectives

One of the most important tasks in the design and development process of a product is the prediction of failures over time. Without knowledge of how, when and where a structure can fail, it is more difficult to ensure that it will behave safely. Since the creation of physical tests for all possible failure scenarios is very expensive, it is necessary to have durability analysis based on finite element models. In this course, the basic aspects of the development of FEM models for fatigue analysis will be addressed.
