  • Basic Troubleshooting of Citrix Xenapp/ Xen Desktop.  
  • Knowledge of relational databases.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer support for complex design products.
  • Candidates must have strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.

Job Description: 

  • Work as a first line Support Engineer to support Hexagon PPM Cloud customers with experience in supporting enterprise products.
  • Represent Hexagon PPM and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technically complex escalated Hexagon PPM Cloud problems.
  • Manage relationships with customers  Triage the customer service request between infrastructure, product support teams.
  • Solve highly complex level of escalated problems, involving broad knowledge of Hexagon PPM product suite of products.
  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.
  • Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
