Job Description:
- Manage the medical insurance benefit collaborating with the Insurance company and TPA(Third Party Administrator)
- Segregating employee’s family nomination data with respect to the insurance coverage
- Consolidation of data for new joined employee & existing employees
- To ensure the changes updated by the employee pertaining to the nominations in the employee records is shared with the insurance company on a regular basis
- Understanding the medical insurance policy and ensuring prompt resolution of employee queries
- Frequent communication regarding the Mediclaim benefits through presentations & interactions with employees and arranging orientation sessions
- Queried claim tracking, payments & follow up for disallowed documents
- Annual consolidation of employee records to be completed as a part of year end process
- HRIS: Updating the HRIS database with the employee updates on a regular basis • Probation • Transfer • Promotions / Redesignations • Certifications • Awards PF
- Managing Provident fund: • Liasoning with the PF consultant to manage the compliance issues or concerns of employees • Consolidating the PF forms, ensuring all the forms reach the consultant in time Checking on the PF advances, transfer/withdrawal requests and claims of employees • Ability to handle queries of employees and advise accordingly.
