Job Description:
- Primarily responsible for IT Helpdesk calls handling and provide necessary support / guidance.
- First level technical and IT process phone support.
- Helpdesk logs allocation, follow-ups and ensure to close all requests in time.
- Creating and updating of Technical and process documentation.
- OS deployments and Team coordination.
- Systems and hardware allocations as per the requests.
