A SOC 1 audit report provides detailed information and assurance about an information service organization's practices that could affect financial reporting. For Cloud-based products, such practices may include security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and/or privacy controls, based on selected American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) internal controls over financial reporting, as deemed relevant by the organization and its interested parties.
