North Dakota State Radio dispatches for three statewide agencies and 26 individual counties. Looking to streamline, coordinate and improve emergency response, the organization migrated from its current Hexagon dispatch solution to HxGN OnCall Dispatch. The transition preserved some familiar aspects of the former solution, but the next-gen, browser-based structure of OnCall Dispatch led to improved visualization of incidents and a better user experience.
