Expanding diversity and inclusion

Nine years ago, Terra Argraves’ intuition told her Hexagon would be the next stop on her career journey. “I am so glad I trusted my instincts,” she says, “because Hexagon has been an amazing place to work.” 
 
As Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division, she is responsible for the direction of the Global Talent Acquisition Team across the division and is passionate about all things recruitment. “I start my day with catching up on what happened overnight in EMIA and India followed by the Americas and then I end my day with colleagues in APAC. I have the opportunity to travel the world in a day, supporting my team and hiring managers. It’s definitely an exciting opportunity and there’s never a dull moment, which keeps me inspired and motivated."  

Argraves loves Hexagon’s global aspect and says the company’s growth has been exciting. “Even as we continue to welcome new associates every day, our culture remains truly people-focused. With the pandemic we’ve been able to work together from anywhere, which has led to better work-life balance for everyone, and has led to the expansion of our recruiting. We now have the opportunity to attract a whole new talent pool which would have historically been unattainable."
