Intergraph Branch in Germany rebranded to HxGN Safety & Infrastructure GmbH

ISMANING, Germany, January 11, 2018

As of January 1, 2018, Intergraph Germany SG&I GmbH was rebranded as HxGN Safety & Infrastructure GmbH. The new company name reflects the continuous efforts to more closely align the business activity with that of its parent company, Hexagon AB. HxGN – pronounced ’hexagon’ – is the protected abbreviation for Hexagon.

The rebranding was solely a change of the business name. The legal structure and entity in Germany remain unchanged. HxGN Safety & Infrastructure GmbH will continue business as usual. All existing contracts and agreements remain in effect, as do the points of contact for customers and business partners.

The rebranding of the branch in Germany follows the international rebranding of Intergraph’s public sector and utilities businesses as Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure in 2015. HxGN Safety & Infrastructure GmbH offers modern software solutions for various industries. Industries served include government and administration, public safety and security, fire and rescue, on-site fire brigades, utilities, transportation and defense.
