Digital Marketing Programs Specialist

The Hexagon digital marketing shared services team (SST) provides marketing and digital technologies to various Hexagon businesses and serves as an “internal agency” with a view to help businesses attain their digital marketing goals. The marketing SST is looking for a Digital Marketing Program Specialist

in Atlanta. The incumbent will support planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives for various internal clients to ensure their success. The incumbent should have strong experience and expertise in modern digital marketing tools and technologies to implement best practices for websites, marketing automation, demand generation and governance programs.

Atlanta candidates are preferred, but other U.S.-based candidates may be considered. Limited relocation financial assistance may be provided. No overseas candidates or candidates with visa needs will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting for automated marketing programs and email distribution
  • Provide operational management to the team. This includes planning, developing and agreeing priorities and work plans, identifying and resolving operational issues
  • Schedule, coordinate and facilitate program roadmap sessions with the business to identify and drive to meet the business needs.
  • Ensure that requirements are documented along with user stories, process flow diagrams, work schedules, architectural diagrams, and other program artifacts
  • Establish master plan framework for program tracking and control including processes
  • Translate program objectives into integrated plans and schedules, and budgets for the entire life cycle
  • Establish tracking and roll-up of project milestones and metrics for program level status reporting.
  • Establish and manage stakeholder expectations and revise plans and shift priorities as needed
  • Communicate program objectives, priorities, and direction to everyone involved in the program
  • Communicate status issues, risks, and actions among the program team
  • Assist with major decision about resources, goals, and standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, marketing or business
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Mandatory technology competence needed in the following areas:
    • Web Content management systems preferably Sitecore
    • Marketing automation (Pardot with proficiency in email, forms and drip campaign)
    • Video content delivery (Brightcove and Wistia)
    • Social media (HootSuite)
    • Metrics and analytics (Google Analytics)
    • HTML / CSS proficiency
  • Expert level business requirement gathering skills
  • Customer-focused, with demonstrated experience and ability to be flexible with changing priorities, demands and requests
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with key customers and third-party vendors
  • Ability to converse at both technical and strategic levels
